1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern the DreamTruth application operated by Logan Pendragon Forge. By registering and using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not register or use account features. Other websites, book retailers, and AI services have separate terms.
2. What the service does
DreamTruth applies Logan Pendragon's Dream Framework Theory to dream information you submit using an AI model. It can organize details, suggest interpretations, ask questions, and revise a reading when you add or correct information. The framework is the author's perspective, not a claim that every idea is scientifically established.
Interpretations are generated possibilities for reflection. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable. They do not establish hidden memories, another person's intentions, a diagnosis, a prediction, or spiritual or supernatural facts. Review the output using your own judgment. The service is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice and should not replace qualified help or determine important decisions. No accuracy or outcome is guaranteed.
3. Your account and API usage
Provide an email you control, keep your password secure, and use only an API key you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact the operator if you suspect unauthorized access, and revoke a compromised key directly with OpenAI. Removing a key from DreamTruth does not revoke it at OpenAI.
The current service requires OpenAI GPT-6 Astra access and your own API billing or credits. A ChatGPT subscription does not itself supply API credits. OpenAI controls its availability, pricing, usage policies, and billing. Requests, including revisions or failed requests that incur provider processing, may consume credits. DreamTruth cannot promise a provider refund. The application may impose rate or length limits and may suspend generation when a key, provider, or service is unavailable. No DreamTruth subscription or payment is currently collected by this application; any future paid offering will disclose its terms before a charge.
4. Information you submit
You retain whatever rights you hold in your submitted content. You give the operator the limited permission needed to store, secure, process, transmit to OpenAI, and display it to provide requested features. If you create a share link, that permission includes displaying the chosen interpretation snapshot to anyone with the link until you revoke it or delete the record. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising or selling your personal dream content.
Submit only content you are entitled to provide. Personalization is optional. Do not enter credentials, payment details, unnecessary third-party identifiers, or confidential material without permission. You are responsible for checking what personal details appear in an interpretation before sharing. The fact that output was generated by AI does not establish copyright ownership, exclusivity, factual accuracy, or freedom from third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use DreamTruth to break the law, violate others' rights, harass or exploit people, distribute unlawful content, expose other people's confidential information, or attempt to access another account or private reading. Do not attack the service, bypass authentication or usage controls, extract credentials, or use automated traffic that disrupts availability. The operator may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or service operation.
6. History, revisions, and sharing
Readings are saved privately in your account. A follow-up uses the existing dream and previous corrections to produce a new interpretation. Current saved personalization is used if enabled for that reading. AI output may change when context changes. Previous generated versions may be retained with the reading until it is deleted.
Sharing is optional. A share link is access: anyone who receives it can read the snapshot. Do not post it where you do not want it redistributed. New revisions do not update an existing snapshot automatically. Revocation disables the live link, but the operator cannot retrieve copies already made by recipients or third parties.
7. Deletion and closing your account
You may remove your key, delete personalization, delete individual or all readings, or delete your account using the account controls. Account deletion requires your password and ends access to its records. A deleted reading also loses its revisions and share link. Deletion is permanent in the live application. Backup, log, legal-retention, provider-processing, and recipient-copy limitations are described in the Privacy Policy. Contact the operator if you cannot access the controls or need a broader data request reviewed.
8. Service changes and availability
DreamTruth is an evolving experiment. Features, model requirements, and limits may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. Keep your own copies of information you need. The operator does not promise uninterrupted access, indefinite storage, or recovery of deleted information. Material updates will be described in the changelog or relevant policy page. Changes do not remove mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
9. Ownership and external services
The book, original framework writing, branding, and site materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Access to DreamTruth does not grant a license to republish the book or represent yourself as its author. You may use the reading features and share your own generated readings subject to these terms and third-party rights. Links to OpenAI, book retailers, and other sites are provided for convenience and do not make the operator responsible for those services.
10. Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. The operator does not accept responsibility for decisions made solely from an AI interpretation or for failures of services outside its control. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable consumer or privacy rights, or prevents access to remedies provided by applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
